Diagnosing Cloud Errors (failed upload, slice, etc.)

Many cloud errors can be solved by using a modern browser and being sure you're current on all possible updates. Current versions of Firefox and Chrome are well tested with the Polar Cloud on all operating systems.
Press CMD + ALT/OPTION + J on a Mac, or CTRL + SHIFT + J on a Windows.
Go to TOOLS, WEB DEVELOPER, then WEB CONSOLE
Press CMD + ALT/OPTION + K on a Mac, or CTRL + SHIFT + K on a Windows.
From there, you'll want to navigate to the section of the cloud that is giving you trouble. If you can't upload objects, go to the upload objects screen. If you can't slice objects, go to the printer's queue. You'll then want to perform that action that is troubling you and watch the Console for any sort of error reporting. The errors you're looking for will come up as red, like the ones shown below. Screenshot or copy these and provide these to our support staff.
