Adding a Printer to Polar Cloud Error Message

Hi, the printer is connected to my home wifi network. The colors are Blue and White (see attached). When I try to add printer to the Cloud, I get the following error message: Printer with this serial number was not found. Please make sure the printer is connected to the network.

 

I've checked the serial number, tried hard wiring, rebooted, but nothing is working.

Mine is doing the same. I had it connected wifi. My router recognizes the printer but nothing. I've been dealing with this for hours. I'm pretty fed up.
