Clogged printhead

I have an issue with a clogged printhead.  At first, I thought I could raise the temperature and get it to melt out.  That didn't work.  Using the smaller hex wrench included, I have been able to get most of the filament out of the printhead, but I cannot get the nozzle unclogged.

Hi Lowell:

Not sure if you've seen this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCZYdBX2aEs&list=PLMR3PVLS

It's one of the founders of Polar3D demoing how to clear the nozzle.  Might be helpful for you.

For what it's worth: When I've had this issue, I have just set the temp of the printhead to 200, come back like an hour later and all is normally better.

Good luck!
